Wednesday, 1. March, 7pm – Ernelláék Farkaséknál @ KUBIK
Four parents, two children, one apartment, two days and fierce conflicts among the actors. The two times Crystal Globe winner film by Szabolcs Hajdu was made with minimal budget, based on his previous play. It was filmed in the director’s own house with the help of his university students. After the success in Karlovy Vary, ‘Ernelláék Farkaséknál’ also succeeded not only in the Hungarian movie theaters and film clubs but among home theaters as well, showing that our ordinary, everyday situations can sometimes be even more interesting then fictional actions.
The movie will be played with english subtitle.
Ticket fee: HUF 1500
The seats are limited, available maximum for 40 people.
Reservation of the seats is on a first-come, first-served basis.
After the movie you can also talk with the creators.

SZABOLCS HAJDU ABOUT THE FILM
„We try to talk about ourselves. About our desires, doubts and anxieties. About our ordinary life, our families, children and parents. Perhaps, if we talk about ourselves, we also talk about other people. We are not special. Our problems are the same. They are all around us, we only need to grab them and somehow tell a story about them.”
